Cant get on my character

Hello
I have a problem because I am possible to log in I am possible to go on another character but I have also another character which name is. WhoAmI if I click on that character then stands up the a little time quiet for 1 sec and afterwards remain he ordinary on the picture where you can choose yourself characters.
I have already asked gm but what was there I had to log out and log in but it did nothing afterwards said he go differently on another ch but that did also nothing on all chs has already looked at….
that was my problem
